Stairways Group of Companies acquires ‘Belfield Joinery’ title rights to trade client base
Stairways Group has recently acquired the Belfield Joinery Limited client data base and rights to trade with the forward orders, after securing an offer with the administrators on Monday 2nd September.
Joint Managing Director (Commercial), Karen Wood stated that the excellent reputation and large client base instantly attracted Stairways Group to the company and it is hoped that the Group will be able to retain the client orders and build on the existing relationships, whilst migrating into Stairways.
The acquisition has brought much excitement to the Group after what has been a difficult few months for the industry.
Neil Stevens, Joint Managing Director (Operations) expressed his confidence with how the Group would be able to respond quickly and proactively to the ‘Belfield’ client needs and not delay delivery of material to developments.
